Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products. However, a return or refund is applicable if:
You received a wrong product
The product was damaged during transit
The product seal or packaging was tampered with
To be eligible for a return, you must:
Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
Share an unboxing video and clear photos of the product and outer packaging
Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Products once opened or used, even if swatched on the hand
Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
Items purchased during sales or with discount codes (unless damaged)
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer; you must share valid UPI/bank details.
Refunds are issued only after verification of evidence and product return (if required).
We offer product exchanges only in case of:
Wrong shade or product sent by us
Verified physical damage during delivery
In such cases, we’ll ship the correct replacement once your claim is approved.
Replacement or exchange will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us.
In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
