Yes! All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.

Our products are formulated to suit all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend a patch test before full application.

Q3. Are your liquid lipsticks long-lasting?

Absolutely. Our liquid lipsticks are designed to stay put for up to 12 hours without frequent touch-ups. They’re transfer-resistant, smudge-proof, and formulated for comfort throughout the day.

Q4. Do your lipsticks dry out the lips?

Not at all. Our formula is enriched with hydrating ingredients like almond oil and jojoba oil, to keep your lips soft and comfortable without flaking or cracking. But for best results, exfoliate and moisturize your lips before application.

Q5. Do your shades work on brown or wheatish skin tones?

Yes! Our shades are specially curated to enhance and celebrate Indian skin tones — from wheatish to deep brown complexions. Inclusivity is at the heart of our brand.

Q6. Are your products paraben-free and toxin-free?

Yes. We follow strict clean beauty guidelines. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, phthalates and other harmful chemicals. They are silicone safe products.

We currently ship all across India.

Q8. How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Q9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it directly from the “Track My Order” page on our website.

Q10. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Due to hygiene concerns, we currently do not accept returns on used products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. More details in refund and return policy.

Please share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery to our support team. We’ll ensure you receive a replacement.

We’re sorry but returns due to shade mismatch aren’t accepted. We recommend checking our swatches and model references for better accuracy before purchase.

Q14. How long do refunds take?

If a refund is approved, it may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Q15. Do I need to do a patch test before use?

Yes. We always advise performing a patch test on your wrist or jawline before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Our liquid lipsticks are transfer-resistant and mask-friendly, designed to stay intact without staining fabrics perfect for long wear under face masks.

Q24. Do your products oxidize or change color after application?

No. Our formulas are tested against oxidation. What you see is what you get — shades remain true on application and after wear.

Q25. Are your products sweat-proof or humidity-resistant?

Yes! Our long-wear lipsticks are sweat and humidity-resistant, made to handle Indian climates without fading or smudging.

Not at all. They have a lightweight, mousse-like texture that feels like second skin — no stickiness or heaviness, even with layering.
