Return & Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products. However, a return or refund is applicable if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product seal or packaging was tampered with

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos of the product and outer packaging

  • Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products once opened or used, even if swatched on the hand

  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items

  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes (unless damaged)


Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer; you must share valid UPI/bank details.

  • Refunds are issued only after verification of evidence and product return (if required).


Exchanges

We offer product exchanges only in case of:

  • Wrong shade or product sent by us

  • Verified physical damage during delivery

In such cases, we’ll ship the correct replacement once your claim is approved.
Replacement or exchange will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.


Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us.

  • In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
