1. Use of the Website

Our website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and without misusing any part of our site. Any attempt to hack, duplicate, resell, disrupt, or harm the website in any way will result in immediate suspension of access and may invite legal action.

You also agree not to post false reviews, offensive content, or impersonate any other individual or brand while interacting with us online.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All products listed on our site are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep inventory updated, but occasionally, products may be out of stock or discontinued. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund if you’ve already paid.

Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products without prior notice. Offers and discounts may be time-bound and are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject this offer for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, payment issues, or order discrepancies.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details. In the case of prepaid orders, your card will be charged immediately upon order confirmation. Cash on Delivery is available in selected pin codes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location but typically range from 5–8 business days after dispatch. A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order ships.

Please note that delivery delays caused by unforeseen issues like weather, logistical delays, or incorrect address entries are beyond our control. We will, however, assist you in resolving such issues as best we can.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

You can cancel your order within 24 hour of placing it, provided it hasn’t already been processed or shipped. To cancel or modify an order, please email us immediately at shadesofbrown0310@gmail.com.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or altered. We also reserve the right to cancel an order from our end if we suspect fraud, payment failure, or inventory errors. You will be informed in such cases, and a full refund will be initiated.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns are only accepted if:

• You received the wrong item,

• The product was damaged during transit,

• The packaging was tampered with.

Such requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and must be supported with an unboxing video and photos. Refunds will be issued once the case is verified. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and brand names—belongs to Shades of Brown and is protected by intellectual property laws. No one is permitted to copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.

If you choose to share reviews, testimonials, photos, or videos tagging our brand or website, you grant Shades of Brown the right to use this content for marketing or promotional purposes, without any further consent or compensation, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

• Minor variations in product color due to screen differences,

• Allergic reactions (users are advised to patch test before use),

Our liability in any situation is limited to the value of the product purchased.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Shades of Brown, its team, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
